BIO I am Mary Young, the founder of Esteem and Alpha Hypnotherapy and Reiki as well as this SPIRITIZE site. WELCOME. A decade ago I was following my Spiritual path doing meditation and Shamanic trance, but was becoming aware of a chasm between my spiritual life and the dog eat dog experience of where I worked in Corporate America. I would help others at this work place with their relationship issues, with questions about Metaphysical topics, and spiritual path issues. However the management had set up a very destructive and divisive environment, pitting worker against worker. I saw how this environment negatively drained people and did my best to keep my energy field strong and help others that were struggling with this environment. There was one fantastic person Rhonda, who is very spiritually advanced and a Master in the Spiritual Human Yoga movement. She got me involved and did attunements for Spiritual Human Yoga. I went on to become a Master in this tradition. At my core, I knew that I wasn't really supposed to stay in the "Corporate America" environment any longer, but felt stagnant to make a change. The money and status of my job kept me at it for too long. Divine providence stepped in and gave me an automobile accident one Memorial day 9 years ago. I never viewed this accident in a negative way. I hit some water on my way to work (on a Holiday) that was in some deep trenches that had been formed by chains and studded tires over time. I hydroplaned out of control straight for the middle divider of the freeway. If I had kept going at that angle, I would have gone straight through the windshield. As it was I unwittingly caused another car to graze my backend into a spin and I hit the jersey (cement divider) 3 times before ending up back facing the original way I was headed. All of the sides of the car were totaled. I was left straddled between the front and back seat with my head bent up against the back seat, and my body laying straight across with my feet in the front of the car. The other driver and car were miraculously unhurt or blemished in any way. When this happened I didn't see my life flash before my eyes. Instead I heard that I was supposed to move on to serve other people and heal them. My spiritual counseling was supposed to be more in the form of sessions for partners, and that I was to perform healings. I was thankful for the wakeup call. It is one of the best things that ever happened to me. I went on an accelerated journey to purification. I practiced Hermes Trismegistus Emerald Tablet transformation, I did the Medicine Buddha empowerment, I took classes to lead Shamanic trance, I became a Reiki Master, I did the spiritual tips that I have included in the "News and Tips" section of this website, I practice Kabbalah tree of life, and I became a certified Hypnotherapist using Hypnosis trance for positive changes in partners. I have read over 280 books on Metaphysical, Spiritual and Mystic topics, I have written each one down on a list that I keep. I have also rediscovered prior life experiences and discovered I was a Shaman and Medicine Woman before. I don't remember everything I have read (darn) but I do remember the key practices that I keep up with to this day. Is it disconcerting that I have so many different cultural practices that I use instead of one faith? At first, but then I started finding the common spiritual practices that are found in EVERY faith system and I use those liberally. I also learned pretty early on that when there is a Universal truth my crown chakra will vibrate and I feel the energy of it coming through. After the Reiki Master certification I found that all my Chakras are "tuned in" to energies whether negative or positive that are taking place. Sometimes they are local, sometimes I know they are events that are happening somewhere else in the world. My 3rd eye picks up on many things as well. One of my favorite things to do is teach Reiki. I teach all the Reiki classes, which are Reiki I, Reiki II, Advanced and Master. The best class size is 4 or 5, more than that and I don't feel I can give enough personal attention. You do get certificates that are legitimate for the William Rand International Center for Reiki. I use his Reiki materials to teach from. I wait until I have enough interested parties to fill a class. On very rare occasion I have taught one person on their own, when I feel their energies are strong enough that they can work using remote Reiki instead of practicing on other classmates. This is making exception and is at my discretion. When a partner comes to see me I have already done some work to make their experience transformational. My home has been purified, but more importantly I have called upon my Guides, Reiki Guides and Angels to bring in the needed energies for the person I will be working with. I have also called upon the Guides and Angels of the partner to help in the process of awareness. I also recommend that partners not have any Chocolate, Coffee, Alcohol, or Meat for 3 days before coming to their session. Drink lots of water too! Over the years my methods have become much looser, and completely open, allowing divine spirit to do the best and highest good for the partner. The gift I am passing along is the energy of unconditional healing love to further everyone along their spiritual path. I have learned to positively place my faith in the divine to bring in the right resources and people at the right time. This is the beautiful Tipareth of the synchronicity of the divine. I am able to deliver at the highest levels of healing energy through new healing energies and sacred attunements, this healing can be profound at the cellular and genetic level. I also practice Tai-Chi and Chi meditation, which brings the Chi Universal Energy into the body. There are also other helpers out there that come to my aide. They have a consciousness all their own. I have an excellent understanding of working with the spiritual energies of Crystals and Aromatherapy essences to assist in the healing process, as well as using Vibrational Healing Tuning Forks that are set to the Frequencies of the 7 Chakras. I also am highly adept at giving Spiritual Tarot Card Readings, which I have done for 5 years. If you want to try some Shamanic Healing, I can get you to the right "state" and "place" to do the healing work, and guide you through the experience to release past ills and gain back parts of spirit you have lost, also to view past or future lives. You will always get free tips on how to improve more quickly, in addition to your treatment. I have had other empowerments as well and believe in everyone's continued growth. For those wishing to accelerate their spiritual development, I teach the Kabbalah mystic tradition (done as a Hypnotherapy session), this is about obtaining help from your Spirit Guides and Arch Angels to climb the tree of life and discover at each level what you need to do or release in order to advance. I help partners achieve this by guiding you into a state of relaxation and trance where you are connected to your higher self. I also use Vibrational Tuning Forks that are tuned to the Universal frequencies needed at each level of the tree. This puts you right into the tree at the correct levels and works through each level at a comfortable pace, allowing you to fully absorb your learning. Of course we start from the bottom of the tree - Malkuth (foundation) and move up step by step taking time at each level to hear what your spirit guides and Arch Angels convey to help you advance. I give detailed information about each level and leave time at the end of each level for your personal work. I have noted when doing this practice myself, that the inflow of love was so strong, I felt as if I would lift off the bed. I also experience out of body when the angels want to show me something specific. I am very accomplished and have a very soothing voice. I am able to get folks very deep to the point of snoring, but for the purposes of the highest work, I take you to the exact depth level of trance you need to focus your subconscious on the tree of life. There are many other very interesting things that I have experienced in the past 9 years, but I won't share them here because many folks are not at the point that they could believe the amazing things that have taken place. Ten years ago if someone told me what I would experience, I would have said that isn't even possible. I am Mary Young D.D.
